REFUND POLICY
MONOGRAMMED ITEMS
Personalized items are NOT returnable so please check accuracy of your monogram letters, spelling and placement when placing your order.
GENERAL MERCHANDISE
To protect our customers during Covid 19 we are not accepting returns unless you received damaged or defective merchandise. Please notify us of any problems at orders@thelinenshopct.com. You must receive a return approval before returning any merchandise to us.
TERMS OF SERVICE
All custom monogrammed items are stitched to order and can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Should you need an item sooner we will do our best to accommodate you. Please e-mail us your request at orders@thelinenshopct.com for assistance. Additional fees will apply to all rush orders.
Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following business day.
